About Us

Andrzej Jaworski
A graduate of the University of Physical Education in Wrocław, he is a physical education and swimming teacher with nearly twenty years of experience, a second-level swimming coach, and a downhill skiing instructor. He is an experienced organizer of both winter and summer sports and recreational camps for children and youth.
Hobbies:
– water sports and recreation (swimming, sailing, scuba diving, kayaking, water rescue).
– cycling,
– alpine and classic skiing,
– guitar and shanties,
– music…
We would like to direct our activities to people who want to learn and improve their swimming skills
with a view to spending time by the water safely, building and maintaining good swimming fitness, improving their fitness and functioning healthily.
We enjoy spending time actively by the water, in the mountains, on forest hikes, skiing, cycling,
kayaking, and sailing. In the evenings, we sit by the campfire listening to guitar, and during the day, we cover miles of trails
and organize camp life.
If you haven't spent time like this before, or it happened a long time ago and you miss it...
Influence your life!

Not everyone feels comfortable in a group… Why?
There are many reasons.
Not everyone is ready to compare, compete, and compare their skills with others. Our role is to compensate for any skill gaps in the participant's skills and strive to build their self-esteem. Preparing for Competition
Not everyone enjoys learning in a group setting due to perceptual difficulties. This creates additional "information noise" that blurs the image of the motor image being developed, slowing the learning process. Individual training makes it easier to create optimal conditions for building motor imagery, and thus for teaching—learning—a new motor activity.
Sometimes a course participant has very specific requirements that are not always consistent with the usual educational path (e.g. preparation for a course, a specific exam, etc.).
That's why our offer also includes individual classes.

🎯 Our Main Goal
The primary goal of Fundacja ACTIV-JG is to organize and support a wide range of educational, cultural, sports, and social activities for children and youth, designed to help them grow into confident, capable, and socially responsible individuals.
Our mission goes far beyond simple participation — we aim to shape attitudes, build skills, and nurture values that will accompany young people throughout their entire lives. Each of our programs is thoughtfully developed to support comprehensive development, combining learning, creativity, and social engagement in an inspiring and safe environment.
🌱 Supporting Comprehensive Development – Emotional, Intellectual, and Social
We focus on creating balanced opportunities for growth that engage both mind and heart.
Our activities encourage children and youth to:
Develop self-confidence and a sense of self-worth.
Strengthen emotional intelligence, empathy, and resilience in everyday challenges.
Improve academic and creative skills, fostering curiosity, imagination, and independent thinking.
Learn effective communication and teamwork, preparing them for active participation in community and school life.
We believe that education is not limited to classrooms — it’s a lifelong process that starts with play, interaction, and discovery.
🌟 Promoting Positive Values, Respect, Cooperation, and Responsibility
At the heart of our mission is value-based education.
Through workshops, projects, and shared experiences, we teach young people to:
Respect others, regardless of differences in background or opinion.
Take responsibility for their actions, decisions, and the environment around them.
Understand the importance of honesty, tolerance, and social engagement.
Build positive relationships based on trust, cooperation, and kindness.
Our programs emphasize that being “active” means being aware — of oneself, others, and the world we all share.
🤝 Helping Young People Adapt to Social Life and Build Strong Community Ties
The Foundation strives to help children and youth integrate successfully into society and find their place within their communities.
We offer programs that:
Encourage civic participation, volunteering, and teamwork.
Teach social responsibility and empathy through real-world projects and community service.
Support leadership development, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Build strong local networks connecting youth, families, schools, and community organizations.
By participating in these activities, young people not only learn about society — they become active contributors to it.
🌍 Providing Equal Access to Opportunities for Growth and Learning
We believe that every child deserves a chance to reach their full potential, regardless of social, economic, or geographical barriers.
To ensure equal access, Fundacja ACTIV-JG:
Organizes free or subsidized programs for underprivileged or at-risk youth.
Cooperates with schools, local authorities, and NGOs to reach children from diverse backgrounds.
Provides inclusive and accessible learning environments, respecting individual needs and abilities.
Promotes solidarity, equality, and the belief that everyone can succeed when given the opportunity.
Our commitment to inclusion ensures that no child is left behind — every young person can learn, grow, and find their own path to success.

🌟 What We Do
Through our projects, we create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where young people can discover their potential, develop essential life skills, and actively contribute to their communities.
We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to grow, connect, and make a difference.
Our main areas of activity include:
🎓 Educational Workshops & Mentoring Programs
We organize interactive workshops, training sessions, and mentoring opportunities that promote creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning.
Topics include leadership, communication, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
Our mentoring programs connect young people with experienced professionals and peers who inspire, guide, and support them in achieving personal and academic goals.
We emphasize hands-on learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving to help participants gain both confidence and practical skills for the future.
âš˝ Sports & Recreational Events
We believe that physical activity is key to a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Our sports programs include community tournaments, outdoor adventures, and recreational activities designed to foster teamwork, discipline, and fair play.
Participants develop resilience, cooperation, and respect for others while having fun and staying active.
We also promote inclusive participation so that every young person—regardless of ability—can experience the joy of movement and belonging.
🎨 Cultural & Artistic Activities
Creativity is a powerful way for young people to express who they are and connect with others.
We host art exhibitions, theater performances, music and dance workshops, and cultural exchange programs.
These activities help participants explore their imagination, celebrate diversity, and strengthen cultural identity.
Through the arts, youth gain confidence, storytelling skills, and a deeper understanding of different perspectives and traditions.
🤝 Social Initiatives & Community Engagement
We encourage young people to take an active role in building a more inclusive, compassionate, and tolerant society.
Our social action projects address issues such as environmental sustainability, mental health, social justice, and volunteering.
By participating in these initiatives, youth learn the value of empathy, civic responsibility, and collective action.
We foster dialogue and cooperation among people from diverse backgrounds, creating stronger and more connected communities.
